Description:
After updating my kernel to 4.11.2-1 my system was unable to boot, hanging at "Loading initial ramdisk". I even chrooted from Live CD and updated kernel, but the 4.11.3-1 is also unable to boot. 4.10.13-1 works well, so that isn't some hardware issue.

Additional info:
* version: 4.11.2-1 and later.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgrade your kernel to 4.11.2-1 or later version.
2. Reboot
3. Stare at "Load initial ramdisk"
