Details

Since 0.14, certbot packages support python 3.3+: https://github.com/certbot/certbot/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#added. We should thus switch to that.

Also, the argparse sed should not be required anymore.

Also some dependencies seems unnecessary now (psutils, requests).
