Hello,

The package name is confusing as in arch I'd expect qwt to link to qt5.
Alternatively a qt4-linked package should be named qwt-qt4.
Optionally qwt could provide a qwt-qt4 subpackage with libqwt-qt4.so* libs.

Currently there's a qwt-qt5 package in aur:
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/qwt-qt5/
