Preferences > Advanced > Data Choises this page is completely empty, i saw this issue on 3 other archlinux firefoxs but on fedora this page has some checkboxes. i think i have this problem from version 47 or maybe older, but now my version is 51.0.1-1 and the problem is exist yet
It might worth an upstream bug report to omit the "Data Choices" tab if the crash reporter is disabled.
Check here:
about:config
datareporting.healthreport.uploadEnabled
datareporting.policy.dataSubmissionEnabled
These two values are true! I think it's a UI bug...
