I noticed this package properly replaces most references to ruby with ruby-2.3

However, the hooks still reference ruby. This causes issues when pushing without having ruby installed

+1. This renders gitlab unusable unless ruby is installed, or these three hooks are updated manually:

/usr/share/webapps/gitlab-shell/hooks/post-receive
/usr/share/webapps/gitlab-shell/hooks/pre-recieve
/usr/share/webapps/gitlab-shell/hooks/update
