Description: pacman reports that the filesystem's
permissions no longer match those of the package after
updating from 1.4.4. In previous versions of NetworkManager
this folder had 755 permissions and the entries were created
with 700. After manual inclusion in the 1.6.0-4 release this
folder is created with 700 permissions.

Yes, I decided to make it 700 in order to hide the names of system
connections from unprivileged users.
