Qt Creator already includes desktop file since version 4.2.1.

This is due to the fact that the package install two .desktop files:
usr/share/applications/org.qt-project.qtcreator.desktop
usr/share/applications/qtcreator.desktop

One is arch-specific, the other may result form the build process.
