Description:
owncloud 9.1.3 doesn't work with php>=7.1, including the current php-7.1.1.
I ran pacman -Syu and after the php update, upon access with a browser, my personal owncloud instance
said it doesn't work with php7.1 and that I might want to update to owncloud to 9.2. It also doesn't allow me to login or do anything on it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install owncloud with pacman -S and follow setup steps on the wiki:

2. Access local site with browser
3. View error message in browser
