Details

Description:
just updated php-mongodb from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3 and received the following message on executing a php-command:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: mongodb: Unable to initialize module
Module compiled with module API=20151012
PHP compiled with module API=20160303
These options need to match
in Unknown on line 0

Additional info:
* php 7.1.1-1
* php-mongodb 1.2.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. install php-mongodb & php
2. active mongodb extension in php.ini
3. start the build in dev-webserver and receive the warning message.
