Description: Enable CONFIG_INTEL_ISH_HID for the 4.9 kernel


Additional info:
CONFIG_INTEL_ISH_HID adds support for Intel Sensor Hub that is used on newer laptops. This allows me to use the accelerometer and other sensors on my HP Spectre 13 x360.
