Description:
Qt5 applications exit with a segfault when I open a file selection dialog window. This can be 'resolved' by launching the application with the environmental variable GDB_BACKEND=x11. This has something to do with Wayland perhaps? Additional info: I run the latest GNOME and I use xf86-video-intel as video driver. Steps to reproduce: I've reproduced this with two applications so far: transmission-qt and virtualbox. In Transmission, it happens when I go to select a folder for downloads. In VirtualBox, it happens when I try to select an ISO file to insert into a CD-ROM drive. |
