Description:
I use Arch for testing/diagnostics on server platforms. It is not uncommon for a server to have more than 128 processors, so I would like to ask that NR_CPUS be increased to 256.

It's not too hard to compile my own kernel, but we bumped NR_CPUS in 2010 and 2013, so maybe we're due for another bump in 2016? Fedora is using NR_CPUS=1024.
