/usr/bin/encfssh is not set executable

Additional info:
* encfs 1.9.1
* [andrea@centurion encfs]$ tar tvf encfs-1.9.1-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz | grep encfssh
-rw-r--r-- root/root 1584 2016-09-18 22:16 usr/bin/encfssh

Steps to reproduce:
Install the package look at the file permission ls -l /usr/bin/encfssh
