Description:
In file "root/trunk/filesystem.install", lines 59 and 65 use "grep" command.
There is no "grep" in bootstrap image.
In "base" group, "grep" package is installed after "filesystem" package.

Steps to reproduce:
[root@OLDSYSTEM] # cd /tmp
[root@OLDSYSTEM] # wget .../archlinux-bootstrap-2016.11.01-x86_64.tar.gz
[root@OLDSYSTEM] # tar zxf archlinux-bootstrap-2016.11.01-x86_64.tar.gz
[root@OLDSYSTEM] # /tmp/root.x86_64/bin/arch-chroot /tmp/root.x86_64
[root@archlinux] # pacman-key --init
[root@archlinux] # pacman-key --populate archlinux
[root@archlinux] # echo ... > /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
[root@archlinux] # pacman -Syyu
[root@archlinux] # pacman -S base
