Description:
Printer configured with CUPS with one of hplip driver reports "Filter failure" for any job.
The issue is in /usr/lib/cups/filter/hpps python code: there is an inconsistency between tabs and spaces. This is reported by cups in /var/log/cups/error_log:
D [31/Aug/2016:12:48:28 +0300] [Job 236] File \"/usr/lib/cups/filter/hpps\", line 194
D [31/Aug/2016:12:48:28 +0300] [Job 236] for x in szKeyInitials:
D [31/Aug/2016:12:48:28 +0300] [Job 236] ^
D [31/Aug/2016:12:48:28 +0300] [Job 236] TabError: inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in indentation
After I've replaced each of 3 Tab symbols with 8 spaces the issue is fixed.

Additional info:
* package version(s): extra/hplip 3.16.8-1

Steps to reproduce:
- Configure network (tested ipp and socket) HP printer (LJ PRO M201 in my case) with hplip postscript driver.
- Run "Print test page" job.
- Result: "Filter failure" error.
