Details

There are two packages that seem to provide the same contents (except for a minor version difference): haskell-gtk2hs-buildtools 0.13.1.0-1 and gtk2hs-buildtools 0.13.0.5-4.

They can both be found in the community package repository [1], but only haskell-gtk2hs-buildtools can be found in the vcs [2].

Only one of them can be installed, because the two packages are conflicting.

Looks like haskell-gtk2hs-buildtools "replaces" gtk2hs-buildtools, the latter was simply not removed from the repo.
