Details
kdvi, which is included in kdegraphics requires ghostscript
in order to display eps pictures in .dvi files.

maybe adding the depency to tetex only would be the best solution
I think because without tetex you can't display any dvi files.

kghostview and kpdf also need ghostscript to run
