Description:

Home Folder is not translated

Additional info:

nautilus 3.20.0-1

Steps to reproduce:

1) start nautilus in a de_DE env.
2) Home folder is named "Home", instead of "Persönlicher Ordner"

attached patch fixes this for DE lang.

journalctl:
