Many archlinux users do not know what is needed to play MP3 on archlinux.

Adding gst-libav as an optional dep can be useful for me ;)

Somehow I was under the impression that there were optdeps on all gst plugins, I was also missing a regular dep on gst-python. Added both, thx.
