Description:
Recent firefox versions have some visual glitches under kde (Plasma desktop 5) with kde integration (breeze-gtk, kde-gtk-config):

1) the background of selected text is not changed (also in address/search bars, see attachment)
2) address bar / search bar / other html input boxes are not highlighted if cursor is inside (see attachment)
3) the scrollbar thumb is not visible

Additional info:
* package version(s):
1,2) >= 45.0.1-2 (45.0.1-1 is not affected)
3) >= 43.0-1 (42.0-3 is not affected)

* tested arch: x86_64 (i686 may be affected as well)

Steps to reproduce:
Downgrade to the specific package versions, start firefox and select text, etc.
