The directory /opt/gnome/share/dbus-1/servies has a tendency
to vanish for no apparent reason, making it impossible to
use the user message bus - which, in turn, makes a bunch of
Gnome applications nonfunctional. Remaking the directory
fixes this, of course, but directories shouldn't pop out of
existence like that.

This task depends upon
touch /opt/gnome/share/dbus-1/services/.keep
it probably gets removed by pacman if no files are in it.
(Perhaps dbus should just ignore this directory if it is empty or doesn't exist?)
