Details
The latest Zathura release (0.3.4) does not come bundled
with a copy of libsynctex as previous versions did; the
upstream project expects it to be compiled against
libsynctex from a TeXLive installation. This is an optional
feature, but one many of us rely on. The Arch package should
be compiled with support for this feature by default as it
was in previous versions, the current upgrade is a
regression as far as functionality goes.

Sorry about the missing issue title — and apparently I can't even
edit an issue I submitted‽
