The next file installed by arm package seems misplaced:

$ pacman -Qo /usr/share/arm-1.4.5.0-py2.7.egg-info
/usr/share/arm-1.4.5.0-py2.7.egg-info is owned by arm 1.4.5.0-2

I guess it should probably go under:

/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/
