Hello!
Current default resolver dnscrypt.eu-nl is down and the resolver list is outdated.
It's not very trivial to run dnscrypt right now because this server is hardcoded into the systemd unit file and you should edit it.

That file comes from upstream, sounds like something you should be talking to them about.

Edit: Oh, and editing a unit is pretty trivial; https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd#Editing_provided_unit_files
