Description:
When attempting to launch any of the applications from the libreoffice-fresh package, the LibreOffice banner is shown and then the program exits.

Package version: libreoffice-fresh-5.0.2-2-x86_64
Console output:

I had this issue too but take a look at your pacman log to find the fix
Here's a snippet from mine

[2015-10-10 13:45] [ALPM] upgraded libreoffice-fresh (5.0.2-2 -> 5.0.2-3)
[2015-10-10 13:45] [ALPM-SCRIPTLET] > LibreOffice now uses highly experimental gtk3 vcl by default
[2015-10-10 13:45] [ALPM-SCRIPTLET] > on some desktops. To use stable gtk2 vcl uncomment
[2015-10-10 13:45] [ALPM-SCRIPTLET] > it in /etc/profile.d/libreoffice-fresh.{sh,csh}

I can confirm setting the gtk2 vcl fixed the issue for me..
I'm running Arch with 4.2.2-1 kernel and i3wm.
