'SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 lowriter' - failing as described + crashen on file save attempt.
'SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk lowriter' AND 'SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen lowriter' ARE OK - able drag selected + file save dialog window opens.
