Description: Apparently, since version 26, Opera supports MP3 playing through HTML5 tags - https://gist.github.com/ruario/7b33ca4cf70e6ff70880. However, in the last version, it doesn't work. I would say it used to work (95% sure), but for some reason, it's no longer working.

Additional info:
* package version: 31.0.1889.174 (64 bit)
* ffmpeg version: 2.7.2-2 (64 bit)

Steps to reproduce:
1.- Open this page: http://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_audio_all
2.- It works for OGG
3.- It doesn't work for MP3 (please, make sure you remove the ogg line and click on 'See Result' top button)
4.- In Chromium 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit) both OGG and MP3 do work

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  ask opera to pay the royalties so they can ship with support for mp3 and h264

Due to changes in the chromium codebase, opera is no longer able to fall back to system ffmpeg to play formats like mp3, h264 and other formats that have patents related to them.

For that reason there is an aur package opera-ffmpeg-codecs.
