hello,

Update weechat 1.2-2 to weechat 1.3-1 will fail due to the following reason:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
weechat: /usr/local/share/man exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

I got the same error when trying to upgrade today
