It's in /usr/local. All of it.

In Weechat 1.3, "cmake -DPREFIX=/usr" is no longer supported (it was removed due to problems), instead "cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr" needs to be used.

Note that for me, this also prevents updates because filesystem installs /usr/local/share/man as a symlink and this package tries to create it as a directory.
