Loading vboxdrv from virtualbox 5.0.0 results in load increasing by 1. This is because kernel thread 'iprt-VBoxTscThr' is in uninterruptable sleep (state D in ps). The issue has been discussed in virtualbox forums and a patch is available. Looks like this is fixed with virtualbox 5.0.2 upstream.
