This is a heads up for everyone using reiserfs on your root
partition. I would not upgrage to 3.6.12 just yet. There's a
bug that causes /etc/rc.sysinit to fail when it tries to
fsck the / partition. It seems that even though the
partition is remounted read-only mount still reports it as
rw. Fsck also sees it as rw. This will cause fsck to fail
because it can't check a rw partition.
This issue is known and being discussed on the namesys mailing list. I could not get arch to boot until I bypassed the fsck in rc.sysint. Downgrading back to 3.6.11 fixes the problem for now. |

Namesys has fixed this problem in 3.6.13-pre1.

Okay, this should be resolved in 3.6.13 then.
