Description:
The recent update of a bunch of QT5 packages from 5.4.2 to 5.5.0 has caused some problems with Calibre. Specifically, when I try to add an EPUB from the command line with "calibredb add" I get the following: This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "headless". Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, xcb. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Aborted (core dumped) Pulled down the PKGBUILD to try recompiling but getting a compilation error. Additional info: * package version(s) calibre 2.31.0-1 qt5-base (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-xmlpatterns (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-declarative (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-location (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-quickcontrols (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-script (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-sensors (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-svg (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-webchannel (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-webkit (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) qt5-x11extras (5.4.2-1 -> 5.5.0-1) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: calibredb add <file.epub> |
