Description:

on a x86_64 ( 64 bit ) installation of archlinux I upgraded systemd to 221-1 version,

at start I notice a weird thing : the version number displayed is wrong, I can read "starting version 219" instead of "starting version 221"

it's not normal because on i686 version of systemd package I don't have this problem ( the version showed is correct, 221 ),

another weird thing :
on the i686 version ( and only in this architecture ) I can read an error ( or warning message ) :

:: running early hook [udev]
failed to get cgroup : No such file or directory
starting version 221

but on the x86_64 version there is no error/warning message and the version number is not the same :

:: running early hook [udev]
starting version 219

it's not normal because on both architectures the version of the systemd package is 221-1, why the behaviour is different between this 2 architectures ?

Additional info:
* package version(s) systemd-221-1 ( x86_64 )
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
- on a 64 bit installation upgrade systemd to 221-1 version
- you will notice at boot that the number version is still 219 and not 221
- and if you have a 32 bit version of archlinux you will notice that the version number is correct ( 221 ) but a new error/warning message will be diplayed about a missing directory related to cgroups
