It seems the package has been updated a month ago: https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/log/trunk?h=packages/girara
2015-04-18 upgpkg: girara 0.2.4-1

but the repos have only girara 0.2.3.

This is essentially an out of date notification, so I'm going to close it. I checked with barthalion and this was on purpose.
