Description:
I have a vertical panel on left hand side. Since update to 8.1.1-1 lxpanel the icons in the launch bar are partially missing. The only method to recover them is to adjust the size of the lxpanel to about 200 pix width. It appears that the launch bar is using some constant width.

A similar bug was reported here http://sourceforge.net/p/lxde/bugs/753/ but I do not see a 150 pix width change on boot. My bar
is always set to 36 pix.

Steps to reproduce:
Put the above in ~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE/panels, restart lxde and observe the misaligned icons in the launch bar. Upon change of
the width to larger value the will appear again.
