                    Description: GDM screen tearing at login screen Additional info: * package version(s) linux 4.0-2 gdm 3.16.1.1-1 xf86-video-intel 2.99.917-5 * config and/or log files etc. dmesg gives following errors [drm:intel_cpu_fifo_underrun_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* CPU pipe A FIFO underrun [drm:intel_set_pch_fifo_underrun_reporting [i915]] *ERROR* uncleared pch fifo underrun on pch transcoder A [drm:intel_pch_fifo_underrun_irq_handler [i915]] *ERROR* PCH transcoder A FIFO underrun Steps to reproduce: Not sure, probably quite hardware/driver specific?
