Details
Description:
"When booted with systemd there is a 1 to 2 minute delay before shutdown. In syslog the last shutdown (09:47:11 13th March) showed the effect, though I fear that syslog shuts down too early to see anything." Additional info: * current systemd archlinux package, dbus and networkmanager Steps to reproduce: perform a manual cifs mount, for example: sudo mount -t cifs -o credentials=****,user,rw,uid=1000 //192.168.1.nnn/docs /media/test_mount Then shutdown. - Field changed: Summary (Remote file systems hang on shutdown, D-BUS stops too early → [networkmanager] Remote file systems hang on shutdown, D-BUS stops too early)
- Field changed: Status (Unconfirmed → Assigned)
- Field changed: Category (System → Upstream Bugs)
- Task assigned to Jan Alexander Steffens (heftig), Jan de Groot (JGC)
Lennart's last posts in the dbus bug report say this needs to be
fixed in the NM unit, so I'm assigning there.
I cannot reproduce the issue. Is it still valid for you?
