p7zip is no longer a dependency with 3.16.0.

While I haven't looked much into this, if p7zip is only needed for
.7z archives then I'd prefer to make it an optional dependency
(similar to lrzip).

I confirm this, file-roller 3.16 is able to handle the most of
archive formats with libarchive, so please move p7zip to
optdepends. p7zip is needed only for opening 7z, arj, exe and
encrypted zip files.
