Do you have more information ?

I just tested on an up2date system and doublecmd-gtk starts just fine.

32bit / 64bit ?

I got the problem on 4 systems, 3 are 64Bit and one is 32Bit.

I attached the 'pactree doublecmd' result file.
If you need additional information, please let me know.

This might be a more systemic problem. See  FS#44264 .

The 32 Bit System is a VMware, all others are bare metal...

When you got no problems, please close this request. I will analyse my systems...

I have the same problem.

Linux mypc 3.19.1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Mar 7 20:59:30 CET 2015 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Xfce 4.12

I tried all versions of doublecmd from repo and AUR.
I have compiled the latest svn-trunk - no luck.
qt version works fine...

Trying to rollback updates...

Rollback from fontconfig-infinality-ultimate-2.11.1-25 to fontconfig-infinality-ultimate-2.11.1-24 helps!
Now doublecmd-gtk starts again!

so we can agree this can be closed because the crash is caused by an unofficial package ?
