Kmix is depends for showing audio control icon in tray on plasma 5.
IMO it is basic function.

Yes, but the plasma group is for packages which are part of the Plasma release: http://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.2.0/
kmix is not there yet (will be in the future), for now it is part of KDE applications. The KF5 version isn't even officially release yet.
