Details

5) Allow the maintainer to "sticky" an AUR comment to the top of the
timeline. For example, I have a comment on all of my packages that
says "please submit issues and pull requests to <github URL>", I'd
like that to always show up first. Others may have usage details or
known issues lists that they want to sticky.
