Description:
When using the tigervnc client with fltk 1.3.3-1, key combinations like ctrl-e or ctrl-r (and most probably other combinations) do not seem to arrive at the server side.

If using tiger vnc with fltk 1.3.2-5 ctrl-e or ctrl-r work as expected.

Additional info:
tigervnc 1.3.1-6
fltk 1.3.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
Open a writer document on the server side, write some text and try using ctrl-e, ctrl-r or ctrl-l. The text should be aligned center, right or left respectively, however if using fltk 1.3.3-1 there is no change. If using fltk 1.3.2-5 the expected result is obtained.
