Description: xulrunner needs rebuild against icu 54

* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce: run xulrunner
$ xulrunner
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/xulrunner-33.0/libxul.so:
libicui18n.so.53: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.

I can confirm this behavior with an identical error message as detailed in the bug report.

Oops, Felix Yan had a rebuilt copy of 32.0 ready to land in [community] but then I "updated". Fixing now.
