Description:
kdebase-workspace seems to be needed only for the daemon, the application itself works fine without it. Please move it to optdepends so that it can be installed in Plasma 5 (which conflicts with kdebase-workspace)

will do after apper moves from staging to testing or community, i'll first test some things on kde4 as it is
