Firefox 31.0-1 (64bit) crashes with this errormessage:
[6062] ###!!! ABORT: Aborting on channel error.: file /build/firefox/src/mozilla-release/ipc/glue/MessageChannel.cpp, line 1531 [6062] ###!!! ABORT: Aborting on channel error.: file /build/firefox/src/mozilla-release/ipc/glue/MessageChannel.cpp, line 1531 [1] 6001 segmentation fault firefox There are two cases when this happens: 1. On opening Gmail (i think when the chat tries to make sound?) 2. On Quizlet, trying to play audio. http://quizlet.com/help/how-does-audio-work-on-quizlet For Quizlet its enough to open the audio-example link: http://a.s.quizlet.com/en.mp3?v=5&b=SWYgeW91IGNhbiBoZWFyIHRoaXMsIGF1ZGlvIGlzIG5vdCBiZWluZyBibG9ja2VkLg&s=LAhrMA-0 This brings firefox to a silent crash. And the only error you can read is above. Reinstallation doesnt solve the problem. The normal build form mozilla works fine. How can i get rid of this? Would be great to get help. best regarsds adrian |
