Details

User can now file requests via AUR web UI. Considering that AUR webUI is currently translated for some languages, the File Request page should make explicit which language is allowed (English, I suppose). Otherwise, TUs might end up needing to use machine translation to figure out what is the request.

Additional comments about closing:  We had >1000 requests and I can't think of a single request that wasn't written in English. Please feel free to reopen when this becomes an issue :)
