Description:
With latest ffmpeg upgrade (1:2.3-1), XBMC crashes when finished playing a FLAC audio file.

Additional info:
* ffmpeg 1:2.3-1
* xbmc 13.1-3


Steps to reproduce:
Play FLAC audio file until the end in XBMC and it will crash.

Downgrading ffmpeg fixes the problem.

Do flac files work in anything else that uses ffmpeg? In other words, is this XBMC specific?

Edit, OK, I can reproduce this in XBMC and the same file works fine in VLC. This is XBMC specific.

ok could reproduce

to be more specific:

- add 'album' or songs to playlist
- 1st song plays fine
- crash on switch to next
