Since linux >= 3.15 opengl applications crash after
resume from suspend and it won't be possible to start new
ones.

FS#41045has been reopened and mutated into covering this one.Leaving this open would have made more sense than reopening and changing the subject of #41045, but since that's done now this one might as well be closed-duplicate again.
FS#41045(which seems to have supplanted this one), the fix exists in 3.17-rcs but hasn't been backported for some reason.Would it be possible for Arch to apply the fix downstream until it gets into a kernel.org release? This bug is a serious nuisance for everyone with these IGPs, which are quite numerous.
