Description:
Additional info: * Upstream version 0.9.2 has added the bitcoin-cli binary. Version 0.9.2-1 does not install the bitcoin-cli binary. Steps to reproduce: Install bitcoin-daemon 0.9.2-1, try to run bitcoin-cli. It doesn't exist. bitcoin-cli is a subset of the bitcoind binary, so having both installed isn't too useful, except for being semantically cleaner. Perhaps it's better to create a new sub-package which installs lets a user install bitcoin-cli without the bitcoind binary. This would allow people to query a bitcoind instance running on another machine without installing bitcoind also on the client machine. I have attached a PKGBUILD which adds a bitcoin-cli sub-package though I would like some discussion on this as I don't know the best solution. |

It seems I forgot to enter a summary. Could someone please change
it to 'bitcoin-cli binary is missing'? Alternatively close this
ticket and I'll file a new one with a corrected summary.
