Description:
Gnome Boxes is linked against libgcrypt.so.11, which exist only in AUR (libgcrypt15).
Application can't be even started without AUR package.

The problem is on your system. You should reinstall/update the dependencies of gnome-boxes on your system. You can ask help in our forum.
